Dai Yun (1971 -) is a native of Xi'an. He graduated from the high school attached to Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 1990, graduated from the Sculpture Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 1995, and is now a sculptor in Shenzhen Public Art Center.
