Bi Anshen, a retired French professor, holds a master's degree in the seventh University of Paris, France. Later, he decided to stay in Taiwan to teach because he liked Taiwan. He is a pioneer of French Education in Taiwan. He not only taught French at NTU, but also was an artist. He has been involved in the production of Taiwan's new wave films. He has translated the works of Hou Xiaoxian, Cai Mingliang, Yang Dechang and Wang Jiawei into French. He also played Kong kong'er, the wizard of the western regions in the assassin Nie yinniang.

On the evening of October 16, 2016, Bi Ansheng, a 68 year old retired French professor, artist and actor living alone in Taipei, fell from his balcony on the 10th floor of a building in Wanning street, Wenshan District and died. The cause of death is still under investigation, but it is suspected that he jumped from a building to commit suicide due to long-term emotional pain.

Seeing Zeng Jingchao, who had lost consciousness but was tied to the hospital bed for oxygen, he was heartbroken all his life. He hoped that his partner would end his painful struggle, but because he was not Zeng Jingchao's legal partner and had no right to participate in his family's decision, he had to leave the hospital sadly. Three days later, Zeng Jingchao died. Since then, he has been depressed all his life, drinking vodka at home all day, "repeatedly sleeping, waking up and crying".

On October 16, 2016, he was found dead after falling from a building.
