Yang Xin

Yang Xin, male, Han nationality, was born in April 1959 in Xingping, Shaanxi Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in August 1980 and graduated from the Correspondence College of the Central Party School in economics in January 1981. Graduate degree of the Central Party school.
