Character evaluation
Liu Bingjian does not deny that the original intention of his creation is not only to see the real life through the film, but also to dig out the hidden information behind life. Therefore, in the current Chinese society, the living state of the characters in every stratum and corner has become the most obvious theme of his works, and human emotion has become the most powerful element of these images about existence. In Liu Bingjian's works, we can see the deliberate reinforcement of social environment and physical space: on the one hand, this kind of environment and space is used as the background or stage in the drama, which is the support of carrying stories or characters; on the other hand, they also come forward to participate in the progress of the events in front of the stage, or the perfection of the characters' appearance and the motivation of the characters' actions (review of contemporary film) .
