Character evaluation
In the short film "countdown contract", Xiao Yaquan's ability of making plays and narrating with lens is very strong, and his technical performance is also very mature. On the whole, he is fluent and balanced. Through his simple movie grammar, he successfully brings the audience into the waiting emotion of the characters. In the movie chasing life, Xiao Ya breaks through the serious face of traditional Taiwan movies and narrates in a fresh and humorous way. Compared with Bai Jingrui's comic technique, Xiao Ya is more able to show the new face of Taiwan's young people's nonsense. This effort to break through the previous attempts is quite gratifying. In addition, he has profound basic skills, delicate scene scheduling, strong imagination, keen observation in describing youth, and strong literariness. We can see that he tries his best to get out of his own unique style of creative desire and challenge courage (NIE Yangxian, winner of the golden harvest award, Wang Weici, winner of the golden harvest award, and comprehensive review of film art).
