Guo Wei, professor and doctoral supervisor of Central South University, was born in September 1982 in Zibo City, Shandong Province. Born in Zibo City, Shandong Province in September 1982, he graduated from Southeast University in 2004, and was recommended to Dalian University of technology for master's and doctoral studies. He graduated from Dalian University of technology in 2009 with a doctor's degree.
