Luo Kainan, born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province on January 9, 1981, is a male pop singer and guitarist in mainland China.
In 2007, he took part in the entertainment show "happy male voice" of Hunan Satellite TV and won the top six of Jinan singing district.
