Appreciative Remarks
People talk about the beautiful scenery of Shanxi
"The young people in our village" is a feature film adapted from the work of Ma Feng, a Shanxi writer of the same name. Zhang Di Chang came to Niangziguan and the riverside of fenyangyu road in Shanxi Province to collect wind with the film crew in 1958. That area has beautiful scenery and simple folk customs. In particular, the Yangko tune of Fenyang is beautiful, euphemistic, sincere, rich and vivid, and full of strong local flavor. Zhang Di Chang borrowed a lot of local folk song materials in his creation, and finally created this song "people say good scenery of Shanxi" which can make him proud for a lifetime. the lyrics are in two paragraphs. The first section of the scene, sitting in the north to the south, has the spirit of guiding the country. First of all, "people say that Shanxi has a good scenery, beautiful land, rich water and fragrant grains"; then there is a long-term view, "the left hand refers to Taihang Mountain, and the right hand refers to Luliang"; then from far to near, "stand on a high place and look at the water of Fenhe River"; finally, there is a close-up, "Hua la la flows by my small village". This part points to the rivers and mountains, with a broad artistic conception and a style of prosperous Tang Dynasty. However, the narration is all local dialect, which really combines elegance with vulgarity. The second paragraph is about people, but it is full of pride. "A man is not afraid of hardships, but a daughter can embroider thousands of flowers. People have ambition and will never grow old. Look at the white haired mother-in-law, she is like a 17-8. " Even the mother-in-law with white hair is old and strong with high aspirations. What kind of mental outlook is this! The theme of this song is profound and concentrated, the image is songable and sung, the emotion is fundamental and authentic, and the language is concise and popular. the lyrics adopt the "seven character" and "five character" habits of Chinese classical poetry and folk literature, and remove the padding and lining characters of some local language habits, which are basically seven character one sentence. Rhyme is also very particular, the first paragraph uses the loud "ang" rhyme, the second paragraph uses the "a" rhyme, and rhymes every other sentence, so that the lyrics are very smooth whether singing or reciting, smooth as the water of Fenhe River. The use of "seven words" and rhymes, the clear determination of rhythm and the bright harmony of rhythm make it an excellent work. The composition of this song is fresh and natural, the melody is tactful and fluent, the melody is beautiful and mellow, and it is very kind. It blends the folk song flavor with the spirit of the times just right, and displays the people's spiritual outlook of loving their hometown, firm confidence and high morale at that time incisively and vividly. This is the composition of the song, which is the most powerful evidence of the view that "the more national, the more global". After the movie was released in 1959, the song spread like wildfire and soon became popular all over the country. Up to now, nearly half a century has passed and it is still full of vitality. Many folk singers take this song as their repertoire. When it comes to Shanxi, it seems that the first thing you think of is "people say Shanxi is a beautiful scenery". Most people forget that it was originally a movie episode, and it became a new folk song.
