Li Jiye

He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1977 and began to work in August 1975. He graduated from the Department of chemistry of Jilin University, majoring in polymer, with a university degree and a senior engineer.

He once served as engineer of Liaoning Commodity Inspection Bureau, deputy director of service center, deputy director of inspection and supervision department 2, deputy director of inspection and Quarantine Technology Center of Liaoning inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and director of Liaoning evaluation center of China Quality Certification Center. In December 2007, he served as deputy director (department level) and member of the Party group of Dayaowan inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
