Luo Jiahao, independent non-executive director of Xunhe group.

Mr. Luo Jiahao was appointed as the financial director of Haotian International Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. in December 2014. Mr. Luo is mainly responsible for supervising and improving the accounting functions of the group accounting and finance department. Mr. Luo received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in December 2004, majoring in professional accounting. Mr. Luo was recognized as a member of the association of Chartered Certified Accountants in November 2008 and a member of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants in January 2013. Before joining the group, Mr. Luo worked as a trainee auditor at Chen chizheng accounting firm from July 2004 to August 2005, as an audit assistant at Guowei accounting firm from August 2005 to February 2006, and from February 2006 to April 2009 as a pre employment auditor at Lixin Accounting firm, Hong Kong, China Senior auditor. Mr. Luo also served as senior assistant and manager of Ericsson Dehao Certified Public Accountants Limited from May 2009 to September 2010 and October 2010 to may 2014, respectively. He was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Xunhe Group Holdings Limited on September 3, 2016.
