Deng Zichen
Deng Zichen, born in 1964, Professor, doctoral supervisor. He is the principal of general mechanics in Northwestern Polytechnic University and the distinguished professor of Northwestern Polytechnic University. Engaged in teaching and scientific research of general mechanics, engineering mechanics, structural engineering and applied mathematics. His main research direction is the symplectic algorithm research of computational mechanics and control theory interdisciplinary and Hamilton dynamic system. He has successively presided over more than 20 scientific research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, Huo Yingdong young teacher foundation, University doctoral program foundation, aviation science foundation, Shaanxi Natural Science Foundation, etc.

Research direction
Engaged in teaching and scientific research of dynamics and control, engineering mechanics, computational mechanics and structural engineering. In recent years, he has been engaged in the research of symplectic algorithm of the interdisciplinary of computational mechanics and control theory and Hamiltonian dynamic system.

He has presided over more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial basic scientific research projects, including 6 National Natural Science Foundation projects.
Published 3 monographs, published more than 120 academic papers, 21 papers were included in SCI, 32 papers were included in EI, 4 times won the provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. At present, he is the editorial board member of Journal of computational mechanics, engineering mechanics, Journal of dynamics and control, and the director of youth working committee of Chinese society of mechanics.
