Wu Yarong, male, was born in October 1951 in Wanning City, Hainan Province. Chairman of Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd.

In December 1969, he joined the Chinese people's Liberation Army; after returning to the local area in 1975, he successively served as: Secretary of the production team branch of Donghe farm, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the farm; Secretary of the Youth Work Office of the farm work department of the Party committee of Hainan administrative region; Secretary of the Youth Work Office of the farm work department of Hainan administrative region; Secretary of the Youth Work Department of Hainan agricultural reclamation; Secretary of the Party committee and farm chief of Hongming farm; and concurrently Secretary of the county heads, mayors and county Party committees of Qiongzhong County, Qiongshan city and Chengmai County He is the head of the county, the deputy director of the Finance Department of Hainan Province, the director of the Local Taxation Bureau of Hainan Province and the Secretary of the Party group. He is now the director of the General Administration of Hainan agricultural reclamation, the manager of Hainan Agricultural Reclamation Corporation and the chairman of Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Group Co., Ltd.
