Qiao Yu
Qiao Yu, born in Jining, Shandong Province on November 16, 1927, is a ci writer and playwright. His masterpieces include "let's play double oars", "my motherland", "people say good scenery of Shanxi", "Third Sister Liu" and "unforgettable tonight". He is now the honorary president of Peking University Opera Research Institute.
When he was a child, his family was poor, and he relied on his brother to be a shop assistant. I worked as a primary school teacher in high school. At the beginning of 1946, he studied in the Northern University of Shanxi Hebei Shandong Henan border region. He began to publish poems and novels in newspapers, and also wrote opera of rice seedling. In 1948, North China United University and North China University merged into North China University, and transferred to the creation room of the third Department of Huada University.
On April 9, 2010, he served as honorary president of Peking University Opera Research Institute. On October 31, 2015, "my motherland - Concert of Qiao Yu's works" was held in Beijing.
