Zhang Yuhan, formerly known as Zhang Xin, female, was born in Wuhan, Hubei Province in 1995. She is a Chinese female swimmer.
On September 21, 2014, at the Incheon Asian Games in South Korea, Zhang Yuhan won the 400 meter freestyle with 4:07.67. On July 18, 2016, the Chinese Olympic delegation for the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games was established, and Zhang Yuhan was listed in the swimming team list.. On April 16, 2018, in the women's 200m freestyle final of the 2018 National Swimming Championship, Zhang Yuhan won the third place with 1:57.26. On October 23, 2019, Zhang Yuhan, Yang Junyu, Zhang Yufei and Wang jianjiahe participated in the women's 4x200m freestyle relay in the 7th world military games, and finally won the championship with a score of 7:57.06.
Early experience
Born in 1995, Zhang Yuhan, formerly known as Zhang Xin, likes water by nature. In 1997, two-year-old Zhang Yuhan was able to cross the swimming pool by kicking himself. In 2000, 5-year-old Zhang Yuhan entered the swimming class of Chongren vocational school. He entered Hubei Province in 2007. At the end of 2007, coach Shi Xiaoming led Zhao Jing to prepare for the Beijing Olympic Games in the national team, and transferred several players from Hubei team to accompany Zhao Jing. On August 11, Zhang Yuhan missed the finals of the women's 800m freestyle preliminaries of the 2016 Rio Olympic Games with a score of 8:35.32. on September 1, 2017, in the final of the women's 400m Freestyle in the 13th National Games, Zhang Yuhan of the people's Liberation Army won the second place with 4:04.66. On September 3, Zhang Yuhan of the Chinese people's Liberation Army won the women's 200m freestyle at the National Games in 1:56.43. On September 6, 2017, in the women's 800m freestyle final of the National Games, Zhang Yuhan won the third place with 8:22.83. on April 16, 2018, in the final of women's 200m freestyle in 2018 National Swimming Championship, Zhang Yuhan won the third place with 1:57.26. On August 6, Zhang Yuhan was selected into the list of Chinese sports delegation for the 18th Asian Games. On November 29, he was selected to participate in the 2018 short pool swimming world championships. On December 25, the Chinese team, composed of Zhang Yuhan, Yang Junzhen, Li Bingjie and Wang jianjiahe, won the women's 4x200m freestyle relay with 7:34.08 in the 2018 fina short pool world championships. on July 8, 2019, the Chinese swimming team announced the entry list of the 2019 swimming world championships, and Zhang Yuhan was selected. On October 21, Zhang Yuhan won the women's 200m butterfly final at the 7th world military games in 2:10.68. On October 23, Zhang Yuhan, Yang Junyu, Zhang Yufei and Wang jianjiahe joined the women's 4x200m freestyle relay in the 7th world military games, and finally won the championship in 7 minutes 57.06. On October 23, in the women's 800m freestyle final, Zhang Yuhan appeared again and finally won the silver medal in the event with a score of 8:31.10.
Outside life
Zhang Yuhan lives in Chongren center compound of Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau. Zhang Yuhan's parents, Zhang Guohua and Yan Chun, are cadres and workers of Chongren center of Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau. They have both won the national fin swimming championships.
