Early experience

Sun Yixin, born in Harbin in 1983 in Nanning, grew up in Zhuhai. At the age of 9, he won the special prize of singing group and dance group in the children's competition of Taishan local tax cup in Guangdong Province. He was called "child prodigy" by the audience. After moving to Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, he won the first prize in the student singer competition of Zhuhai City in 1999, and won the second prize in the student singer competition of Zhuhai, Hong Kong and Macao in the same year.
