Dr. Zhou Jing is a chair professor and tenured professor of Houston endowment fund management, Jones Business School, Rice University, USA. He is also the director of Asia Management Research and teaching affairs. He was the chairman of the evaluation committee responsible for Professor promotion and tenured Honor Award. He is an outstanding visiting professor in school of economics and management of Tsinghua University. He received a doctorate in organizational behavior and human resource management from the University of Illinois (Urbana Champaign).

Professor Zhou Jing is one of the most influential scholars in the field of leadership, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. Her research integrates the theories of motivation, emotion and cognition to comprehensively and deeply understand the innovation of individuals and teams in enterprises. This paper systematically studies the key issues of creativity and innovation, including: leadership, manager style, colleague behavior, feedback, team mechanism and other organizational, situational factors and personality, values, goal orientation and other individual factors interact to enhance or limit individual and team creativity. Her English monograph, Handbook of organizational creativity, is an authoritative work on leading enterprise creativity and innovation, which has been translated into Chinese and Arabic. At the invitation of Oxford University Press, we are co editing Oxford Handbook of creativity, innovation, and Entrepreneurship with Professor shalley and Hitt. From 2008-2014 years, he is the deputy editor in chief of Applied Psychology in the leading academic research journal of international management. It is the first Chinese mainland scholar to win the honor in the history of 93 years since the first academic journal started in 1917. Professor Zhou teaches leadership, organizational behavior, creativity and innovation management, negotiation, human resources, cross-cultural leadership and global leadership for Executive MBA, MBA and Ph.D., and teaches EDP project of management. Due to her outstanding achievements in research and teaching, she has won several important research and teaching awards, including the Alumni Association Outstanding Teaching Award, the most famous award of Texas A & M University. former chair, organizational behavior and human resource management, Academy of international business. From 2010 to 2012, he served as the president of the international Chinese Management Research Society; from 2012 to 2014, he served as the pastpresident of the international Chinese Management Research Society (responsible for strategic planning, cultural construction, and leadership selection). worked as a consultant or management consultant in many companies in Asia, Europe and America. He has been a visiting or distinguished professor in many famous business schools in China. In addition to his professional work, Professor Zhou actively serves the society. He was the manager of postoak school, a famous private school. in 2010 and 2011, Professor Zhou was elected Fellow of society for industrial and organizational psychology and fellow of American Psychological Association respectively, which is the highest honor awarded to scholars who have made outstanding contributions in the field of management and organizational management psychology all over the world.
