Early experience
Pan Meichen, whose ancestral home is Fujian, was born in Banqiao City, Xinbei City, Taiwan Province. He grew up in a poor family. His father sold fruits and ice cream, and his mother used to be a servant for rich families. Pan Meichen's love of music began when she followed her mother to help the servant's family and saw other people's children playing the piano.
