Dai Bing
Dai Bing, male, born in August 1967 in Anhui, master of law, diplomat. He graduated from foreign language department of Anhui Normal University. He once served as deputy director and director of the Africa Department of the Ministry of foreign affairs of the people's Republic of China.
He is now Deputy Permanent Representative of the people's Republic of China to the United Nations and ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary.
