Personal life

family

Luo Shifeng is the fourth in his family. He has two elder brothers and a younger sister. The elder brother used to be his personal agent, and then he moved to the mainland to do business. The second brother died soon after he was born. He has been in close relationship with his third brother Luo Zhenpeng since childhood. Luo Zhenpeng, Luo Shifeng's third brother, was engaged in trade business. He was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in 2011 and died in 2013.

Catering business

Luo Shifeng first opened a Hakka restaurant in Taipei, but his achievements were not so good. Because he grew up in Sanyi, Miaoli, he often went to the nearby downtown area of Taichung. Later, he went to Taichung private youth high school. He had special feelings for the local area, so he moved to Taichung and expanded his catering territory instead. In 2003, he and his friends opened the first "Hakka style" restaurant on Gongyi Road, Taichung city. In 10 years, he opened five restaurants. In mid May 2013, he developed another brand "fish bank seafood beer restaurant" of the same group. There are six restaurants in Taiwan. Although he could not do it by himself, he gradually gained a place in Taichung's food war zone by partnering with old friends. Luo Shifeng's sideline business was not smooth sailing either. In 2008, he returned to Taipei and spent millions of yuan to open a "Hakka" snack bar in the East District of Beishi. Originally, he wanted to make a big difference, but ended up with a disastrous loss.
