In 1991, Xie Hong's life road appeared a fork in the road. In 1980, at the age of 15, Xie Hong entered Hangzhou business school, the predecessor of Zhejiang business and Technology University, to study food hygiene.
He graduated in 1984 and stayed in school. He has been engaged in food science research, education administration and student education.
In 1987, he entered Zhejiang University to study for his second degree, during which he became very interested in infant education. After in-depth study of infant cognition, language and consciousness, he formed the rudiment of "beinmei's theory of successful infant education".
In 1988, the development of infant and child industry in China was still in its infancy. Mr. Xie Hong was acutely aware of the great potential of the development of China's infant and child industry. Driven by the ideal of industrial power, he began to independently research and develop infant food. In 1991, he successfully developed the first infant formula food in line with the physiological characteristics of China's infants - bainmei infant instant nutritional rice noodles.
When he graduated from Zhejiang University in 1989, the idea of creating an infant professional service enterprise with equal emphasis on products and knowledge services was formed in his mind.
In 1992, Xie Hong resigned from the University and founded beinmei.
In 1998, he founded the beinmei Institute as chief scientist. In the Institute, a technical standard research center is set up as the director of standard technology research.
In 2001, after years of research and experiment on infant formula, Xie Hong decided to enter the infant formula market. The "international quality, Chinese formula" bainmei formula, which is more suitable for Chinese baby's physique, was solemnly launched.
In 2005, Mr. Xie Hong believed that high-quality milk source is the quality basis of safety and an important part of the global supply chain. In pursuit of quality, he chose anda because of its geographical location. Anda, located at 45 degrees north latitude, is internationally recognized as the "golden milk belt". With a vast grassland of nearly 3 million mu, it is the world's natural pearl grassland area and the famous "hometown of Leymus chinensis" in China. It is also known as "the world's three major high-quality grasslands" together with Wisconsin in the United States and Melbourne in Australia. Its rich Leymus chinensis has strong salt and alkaline tolerance, and its crude protein content is as high as 9.4%, 2-3 percentage points higher than the same type of forage at home and abroad. Anda region's cattle, grass, climate, breeding tradition and other factors make the quality of milk superior. Mr. Xie Hong "fell in love with him at first sight" and promoted the construction of Bain meianda infant formula milk powder production base.
Anda base investment reached 1 billion 300 million, annual capacity of 100 thousand tons, the area of 100 thousand square meters, the introduction of the world's Swedish Tetra Pak and Germany GEA milk powder production equipment, its spray drying tower can run 600 hours continuously, the technology level and capacity are second to none in China and the world, and also the largest single milk powder factory in Asia.
In 2009, Mr. Xie Hong proposed to "guarantee the quality of products from the source". He actively promoted the "high quality milk source guarantee project", with a total investment of more than 600 million yuan, promoted the large-scale dairy feeding mode, promoted the transformation of dairy industry to a scientific, standardized and intensive new dairy farming mode, further promoted the construction of national modern agricultural demonstration area dominated by dairy industry, and implemented the construction of core pasture group. Among them, the self built pasture of beinmei integrates a variety of advanced technologies: lpcv cowshed (large-span constant temperature scattered fence cowshed) adopts international advanced technology, adjusts the temperature and humidity through the control system, improves the comfort of cows, and improves the yield. "High quality milk source guarantee project" promotes beinmei to become a green and safe dairy industry in the whole industrial chain integrating good grass, good cattle, good milk, good farm, good enterprise and good milk.
