Luo rang Zhaxi, male, Tibetan, born in Hongyuan, Sichuan Province, graduated from the Party School of the provincial Party committee. He was born in March 1970, started work in July 1988 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1997. He once served as Deputy Secretary General of ABA government and director of administrative service center of ABA government. in February 2019, Comrade Luo rang Zhaxi was appointed director of the office of the Foreign Affairs Working Committee of the State Party committee;
