Character background
In his early years, Xu Zhigang learned from Wu Keqiang, a famous Chinese painter in our city (now professor of traditional Chinese Painting Department of Putian University), and laid a solid foundation in landscape painting. Later, he went to the Fine Arts Department of Fujian Normal University for further study. Under the guidance of mengshiqiao, he made great progress in painting. In 2005, he went to Hangzhou at his own expense to seek advice from Chen Zhenlian, Lai Shi, Wang Yongjiang and other masters of calligraphy and painting, so his mood suddenly became clear. take a look at the picture of "the sound of mountains and rivers": the mountains are stacked, the green water is crisscross, the white clouds are floating, the smoke trees are blurred, some pines stand aloof, some pavilions live in seclusion, some boats lie at will, and some officials look at them in silence. When did we stay away from nature? When is it that the mind is hoodwinked? The benevolent enjoy the mountain, the wise enjoy the water, the mountains and rivers are quiet, and the romantic people enjoy themselves. when it comes to sitting and watching the clouds rise, Xu Zhigang turns his pen and tells his mind in fine ink. Those dense mosses, like the secrets of the next year, were awakened one by one on a cloudy afternoon. The master wanted to entrust those secrets to the mountains, the clouds and the gurgling water, and then he would grow old without any regrets. look at the picture of plum orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum again: the chrysanthemum is blooming in the dark color, with the sound of autumn wind. Look at the cliff full of moss, a kind of loneliness appears under the finger, as if the whole world is standing here. A stick of bamboo standing in the wind is not redundant. Gradually, I can see that the mood hidden under the thread is just like in a noisy corner of the city, where the author alone guards the pen, ink, paper and inkstone, waiting for a spring flowering period in a bamboo posture; and the orchid simply opens in the wind and in my heart. The color faded, the voice faded, leaving only the leaves affectionate, leaving only the orchid refreshing; and the plum, a person occupied the whole corridor leading to spring, overbearing and confident. If you draw like this, I don't know what to say. When everyone was optimistic about Xu Zhigang's prospects in landscape painting, he turned around and began to specialize in green landscape painting. In the Northern Song Dynasty, it took Wang Ximeng, an 18-year-old genius, half a year to finish his masterpiece the painting of a thousand li River and mountains (silk, color, 51.5 cm in length, 1191.5 cm in width), a painting that was famous all his life. In 1951, he was a 42 year old master of contemporary Chinese painting, calligraphy and painting Mr. Xie zhiliu's eight screens of green landscape (color paper, 4125px × 2050px × 8, about 98.4 square feet) is the peak of contemporary green landscape. Looking at the ancient and modern painting world, there is no one to the right of the two.
