ManJiang River, the main stream of Pearl River system, is a tributary of Beijiang River. It originates from Chuangdu east of Wengyuan County, Guangdong Province, flows through Wengyuan County and Yingde County, and flows into Beijiang River at the East Bank of Yingde county.
It has a total length of 73 kilometers, a catchment area of 4847 square kilometers (1321 square kilometers in Lianping, Xinfeng and Fogang), an average slope of 1.24%, an average annual runoff of 5.19 billion cubic meters and an average annual sediment discharge of 671000 tons.
