Li Haoran, male, born in July 1968, is the research group leader of State Key Laboratory of biochemical engineering, Institute of process engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

He graduated from the Department of chemical engineering, Tsinghua University in 1990. His research direction is biomineralization process and mineral processing engineering. The mechanism of interaction between microorganisms and minerals is studied.
