Ouyang Mingrui was born in an ordinary family in Chenzhou. Nourished by the landscape of Hunan, he showed his extraordinary artistic talent at a very young age. After graduating from the Music Department of Xiangnan University, with his love and pursuit of music art, Ouyang Mingrui was admitted to the music performance major of China Conservatory of music with excellent results, and received the careful guidance of the famous vocal music educator Professor Zou Wenqin. Ouyang Mingrui is a soloist in the soldiers' art troupe of Guangzhou Military Region. In order to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and further sing the main melody of loving the party, patriotism and socialism, on May 16, 2011, Ouyang Mingrui's solo concert for celebrating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China was held at Xinghai Concert Hall in Aisha Island, Guangzhou.
On the same day, nearly 2000 people, including leaders of Guangdong Province and military region, Ms. Liu Aiqin, daughter of founding father Liu Shaoqi, Ms. Tao siliang, President of China foundation for the development of hearing medicine, and municipal leaders Liu Guangming, Chen shezhao and Dou Xiangyan, attended and watched the performance.
