Tan Ming (1895-1928), also known as Zhenfan, was named Youming. Qingshi village, Yintian town. Revolutionary martyrs. After the "April 12" counter revolutionary coup, he moved to Xiangtan for secret activities. He was arrested by Kuomintang reactionaries on December 12, the 17th year of the Republic of China. He died outside Liuyang gate in Changsha on December 22.
In his early years, he studied in private schools and high schools in the countryside. In 1920, he went to Chenzhou as a court clerk. The next year, Huixiang primary school. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1949. Later, he successively served as executive member of Xiangtan First District farmers association, alternate executive member of Kuomintang county party department, organization minister and Secretary General of Hunan District CPC Committee, and special commissioner of Hunan provincial Party committee. In January of the 16th year of the Republic of China, according to the decision of the Xiangtan county Party headquarters of the Kuomintang, he went to Xiangtan jiangshe and Yintian temple to inspect the party affairs. It happened that Mao Zedong went back to his hometown to inspect the peasant movement. He mobilized the peasants to fight according to Mao Zedong's instructions, and led the district peasant association with Zhong Zhishen. In early April, he suppressed Tang Junyan, the evil gentry of xiaqidu and the director of the Youth League defense Bureau.
