Li Hui

Li Hui, female, Han nationality, was born in May 1970 in Taojiang, Hunan Province. She started work in July 1987 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1993. She graduated from the school of Business Administration of Hunan University, majoring in management science and engineering. She is an in-service doctoral candidate and a doctor of management.
