Amy Sand, as her name is, always brings with her joy like a rose in full bloom facing the sun. Her enthusiasm often infects the people around her. Sheng Xiaomei has cooperated with the church's famous music service team for many times, singing and creating many familiar songs (such as archives). Her sweet but not greasy singing style makes her closer to the listeners.
Personal experience
Sheng Xiaomei was born in a family of six in Taiwan. She has shown musical talent since she was a child. When she was 5 years old, she won the prize when she participated in the English singing competition of Zhengsheng broadcasting company. However, influenced by her family environment, Sheng Xiaomei did not embark on the road of music. Instead, she focused on her studies and got the Department of trade in Taiwan. After graduation, she studied for an MBA in the United States. But she never gave up her interest in music, especially pop music.
After graduation, Sheng Xiaomei married Mr. Li Hengchun and had a son. Her career was very smooth, and her parents also immigrated to the United States. But at this time, Sheng Xiaomei's father suddenly fell seriously ill. Sheng's father died soon after, and the family fell into grief.
Soon, another ordeal came to Sheng Xiaomei's life. Sheng Xiaomei's daughter experienced a serious car accident when she was 14 years old. Although she saved her life after rescue, she may never stand up again. Sheng Xiaomei's family and her church brothers and sisters prayed for her recovery. Sheng Xiaomei also quit her job to take care of her daughter and accompany her day and night. Originally, Sheng Xiaomei was strict with her daughter's studies, but with this, mother and daughter had more communication, and God was changing them little by little. At the same time, God has also made her daughter's injury a little bit better, and has the hope of complete recovery. Her daughter has a wish that she can stand up and walk into the campus on the first day of high school, but the doctor told her that it will take a long time for her to recover. So the family prayed for this. Just two days before the beginning of school, my daughter could get out of bed and walk! God fulfilled her wish! Every time Sheng Xiaomei remembers the witness of the miracle doctor treating her daughter, her heart is full of gratitude. She also wants to write a song to praise God and help her friends in the same predicament. So she asked God for inspiration, and God gave her a happy melody. She felt very confused, because her witness was a very heavy thing, and after such a big blow, she could no longer sing and dance happily on the stage as before. But when she wrote the whole song, she suddenly understood God's will: your drooping hand should be raised again, and your closed heart should be opened again. So, there is this relaxed and cheerful song "often happy". Many people who have heard this song have gained the strength to walk out of the low ebb of life from this song.
On the way of creation, God has always stood beside Sheng Xiaomei. Sometimes she dreams of lyrics, notes, even complete songs. In her daily life, she can often get inspiration from God. So she picked up a pen and paper and wrote down the inspiration one by one. These inspirations keep pouring in. Sometimes Sheng Xiaomei writes them into songs, and sometimes she gives the fragments of these inspirations to professional composers. In 2004, "Earth Music" was founded. God has prepared a high-quality music production team for Sheng Xiaomei. Among them is Bernie Becker, a professional recording engineer in Hollywood. He deeply admires Sheng Xiaomei's creation and singing ability. Her music can bring the audience to God, but Sheng Xiaomei does not have much creative experience. The process of recording songs is very hard. Sometimes they have to work until three or four o'clock in the morning, but they always insist on high quality recording standards. There is a story behind every hymn of "Earth Music". Some of it happened to Sheng Xiaomei, and some happened to her. I believe that many admirers are willing to go to the stage because of her music and are determined to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior.

Sheng Xiaomei, who is often self abased as a layman in music, sincerely hopes to become a vessel in the hands of God. Therefore, under the shaping and response of God, the potter, she set up a non-profit "Earth Music" and released her first solo album.
