Meng Tingwei, whose real name is Chen Xiumei, was born on December 22, 1969 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan Province. She is a female singer from Taiwan, China.
In 1989, he began his acting career as a locomotive advertisement. In 1991, he released his third solo album "you see you see the face of the moon" and became famous. Acting experience
