Introduction:
"I went to Sichuan last year and bought a lot of seasonings, but I haven't used them up. Yesterday, I had a good dinner with these ingredients after a break (dried ribs, braised yellow croaker, wild celery, scrambled eggs, sour radish hoof flower soup) "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the raw materials.
Step 2: wash the spareribs, marinate them with salt, cooking wine and ginger (15-20 minutes)
Step 3: peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, deep fry them in 40% hot oil pan for 8 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Step 4: deep fry the marinated spareribs in the oil pan until they are crisp and cooked inside, then remove them for use.
Step 5: leave oil at the bottom of the pot, add proper amount of dry ingredients and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 6: pour in proper amount of sauce and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 7: next fried ribs and potatoes, drench a little cooking wine, mixed with appropriate amount of water.
