Strawberry Dafu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Reserve raw materials.
Step 2: the right amount of bean paste (I use the bean paste cooked by myself, so the color is different from that sold outside).
Step 3: add sugar to the glutinous rice flour and stir well. Slowly pour the water into the glutinous rice flour, mix well, and mix into a rice paste.
Step 4: steam the rice paste in a steamer for about 20 minutes until cooked.
Step 5: take the right amount of bean paste, put it in the fresh-keeping bag, press it into flakes (the size can cover the strawberry).
Step 6: close the bag and let the bean paste cover the strawberry evenly.
Step 7: when the glutinous rice ball is warm, take an appropriate amount of steamed glutinous rice ball, put it in the preservative film coated with edible oil, and press it into a sheet with a rolling pin.
Step 8: wrap strawberries wrapped in bean paste with glutinous rice flour and roll them with coconut.
Step 9: do a good job of loading.
