Fried pork with Konjac
Introduction:
"The first time I ate konjac, I didn't know how to fry it, so I thought about making it myself. As a result, it tasted delicious. Ha ha, it's a pity that there was too much soy sauce. It's really delicious to chop hands."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the meat and scallions and cut them into strips.
Step 2: start a fire, pour in proper amount of peanut oil, and stir fry the meat after the oil is hot.
Step 3: stir fry until the shredded meat is cooked (turns golden), then add shredded green onion and continue to stir fry.
Step 4: stir fry until you can smell the fragrant onion, pour in the konjac, and continue to stir fry.
Step 5: stir fry evenly, pour in the right amount of salt, continue to stir fry, the fire a little bit bigger
Step 6: after stir frying evenly, pour in proper amount of soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
Step 7: stir fry until the shredded konjac is medium cooked. Add appropriate amount of chicken essence and continue to stir fry until the shredded konjac is cooked.
Materials required:
Konjac: 3 boxes
Pork: half a catty
Scallion: Half Root
Soy sauce: right amount
Salt: right amount
Peanut oil: right amount
Chicken essence: appropriate amount
Note: do not pour too much soy sauce, such as I pour too much, do not work out the hue, buy konjac knot need to fry for a while, not cooked
