Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into 0.5cm pieces.
Step 2: clean up the grass carp, remove the head, tail and bone, and cut it into pieces as big as tofu.
Step 3: add wine and salt, marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 13: put the plate into the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
Step 14: after steaming, sprinkle appropriate amount of shredded onion and ginger on the fish, pour hot oil on the fish to make it smell.

Pork stuffing: 100g
Mushroom powder: appropriate amount
Carrot powder: right amount
Red dates: 4

Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 2 teaspoons

Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
Note: when mixing meat stuffing and salted fish, it's better to adjust the salty taste, because after steaming, no salt will be added to flavor. If you think it is light, you can also steam the dish, add appropriate amount of shredded onion and ginger, pour in appropriate amount of steamed fish and soy sauce, and then pour in hot oil, the taste will be stronger; you can also add appropriate amount of shredded pepper, so as to improve the taste.
