Stewed pork with dried radish

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the radish in water, cut the pork into pieces and marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar.
Step 2: put cold water in the pot, put pork and a few pieces of ginger, do not stir, wait for the water to boil, wash the foam with hot water.
Step 3: take the oil out of the pot, put a few pieces of ginger, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp sugar, etc. the sugar is burned into a Chushi colored liquid, immediately pour in the pork, and quickly turn it evenly with a spoon or spatula.
Step 4: add the radish and mix well.
Step 5: put clear water or soup, which is almost level with pork and radish noodles. Add proper amount of soy sauce, soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 star anise and 1 tbsp wine. Turn it over a few times, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
