Step 1: prepare raw materials.
Step 2: cut onion into small pieces, tofu into small pieces, carrot into small pieces.
Step 3: heat the pan, add oil, add tofu, fry both sides golden over medium low heat and remove.
Step 4: Boil the carrots.
Step 5: when the carrots are cooked to the eighth layer, add the green beans and cook them together, then remove them for use.
Step 6: put the oil in the frying pan. After the oil is hot, boil the onion over medium low heat until fragrant.
Step 7: add fried tofu.
Step 8: put diced carrots and green beans.
Step 9: add curry sauce, soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, a little boiling water (better with carrot water), cook tofu, and turn off the fire.

Tofu: 200g
Daxi beef curry: 1 bag
Green beans: 50g
Carrot: Half Root
Onion: 1 / 3
Edible oil: right amount
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Salt: right amount
Note: daxida curry can be eaten directly after being heated, so when it is used as seasoning, salt should be added for seasoning, and soy sauce is OK. Not too many side dishes, so as not to disperse the flavor. Tofu should be old to avoid breakage.
