Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the materials in Figure 1.
Step 2: sift corn flour and low flour and set aside
Step 3: separate the amount of yolk and protein to be used.
Step 4: put the oil, water and sugar in the separated yolk basin and beat them with the manual beater until the sugar is completely dissolved
Step 5: add the low flour and mix well to form the yolk paste.
Step 6: add protein, Tata powder and edible salt, beat with egg beater until thick bubble.
Step 7: add the fine granulated sugar in several times and beat until hard foaming
Step 8: add 1 / 3 of the egg yolk paste spoon into the egg yolk paste and mix well
Step 9: put the egg yolk paste into the white paste and mix well.
Step 10: mix the cake paste well.
Step 11: pour into the 8-inch cake mold and gently shake it to let out big bubbles.
Step 12: put it into the middle layer of preheated oven and bake at 155 ℃ for 30 minutes.
