Production steps:

Step 13: put in the small pieces of red sugar, stir fry until the sugar melts;
Step 14: pour in the red vinegar and bring to a boil;
Step 15: bring to a boil and move into the sand. Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours until the pig feet and melon skin are soft;
