Coriander and pork dumplings
Introduction:
"Dumplings are the staple food in Shandong Province. They must be eaten on New Year's day or when my family comes to my relatives. But before I went to school in the south, I didn't eat the dumplings filled with coriander. The first time I ate them, I sighed that coriander and meat match perfectly. I have to swallow the fresh tongue! After I went back, I tried to make the dumplings with coriander stuffing by myself, but the dumplings were not delicious at first. Later, after my constant exploration, I finally reached the level comparable to that of the dumpling shop! ha-ha... There's a trick when mixing stuffing. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials
Step 2: the dumpling skin I use is better than the one I roll
Step 3: chop the scallion
Step 4: cut coriander
Step 5: add salt, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons vegetable oil and 13 spices to the pork stuffing
Step 6: add six teaspoons of water and stir
Step 7: add minced ginger
Step 8: mix coriander and scallion with two spoonfuls of vegetable oil. This step is very important to ensure that the flavor of coriander is not damaged
Step 9: add appropriate amount of salt and stir well
Step 10: the next step is to make dumplings
Step 11: put the dumplings into boiling water and cook them. After boiling, add some cold water and repeat for three times
Step 12: it's more delicious with my own mashed garlic dip. The formula of mashed garlic dip is as follows: mash ten cloves of garlic into mashed garlic, add the same amount of delicious soy sauce and twice the amount of mature vinegar, and then add a few drops of sesame oil and salt to taste
