Production steps:
Step 1: preparation materials: 5-6 black plum, 1-2 Roselle (used to improve sour taste and color, add more acid), about 20 dried Hawthorn slices and a little Osmanthus fragrans;
Step 2: appropriate amount of rock sugar;
Step 3: wash the black plum, Roselle and dried Hawthorn slices, and add 1500ml pure water;
Step 4: wash the black plum, rose eggplant and dried Hawthorn slices and cook them in a soup pot (stainless steel pot or pottery pot is better, not iron pot. After boiling, cook them over medium heat for another 10 minutes;
Step 5: turn off the heat, take out the black plum, crush the meat, separate the meat core (this step will make the black plum taste better and the color of the soup better), then pour it into the pot and continue to cook for 15 minutes;
Step 6: add some rock sugar, a handful of Osmanthus fragrans (to improve the flavor), cook for 3-5 minutes, turn off the fire and let cool; after cooking for a long time, Osmanthus fragrans will not smell.
Step 7: the delicious sour plum soup is ready. Pour it into a clean container. It tastes better after freezing!
