Turkey style eggplant with minced beef

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all kinds of food.
Step 2: peel off the sides of the eggplant.

Note: eggplant should be tender, too many old seeds affect the taste. Deep fried eggplant need more oil, deep fried eggplant.
