Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chopped ribs and soak them in cold water. Change the water several times to soak the blood out of the ribs.

This balsam pear is not so bitter. 3. Momordica charantia is not suitable for people with deficiency of spleen and stomach and pregnant women. 4. This soup is only seasoned with ginger, scallion and salt. It is not recommended to put too many spices to avoid affecting the taste of the original soup. 5. The amount of water in the soup should be increased at one time. Don't increase the amount of water in the middle because of the lack of water. The taste of the stewed soup will be greatly reduced.
