Grain return to warehouse
Introduction:
"Grain return to warehouse" means that the harvested grain should be put into the warehouse (storage). For this dish, I chose cucumber and tomato as the cup, that is, the warehouse; I used corn and pine nuts as the grain, with green peppers, red peppers and carrots, which meant a good harvest. A bite down, both crisp cucumber, and sweet corn, as well as pine nuts, very refreshing
Production steps:
Step 1: choose a medium-sized tomato, divide everything into two, remove half of it, and then remove the pulp with a spoon.
Step 2: wash the cucumber, cut off the head and tail, leave only the middle part, and then cut into 6 cucumber segments about 4cm long.
Step 3: draw a rectangle on the cucumber section with a knife, take out the rectangle pulp and make it into a bamboo shape.
Step 4: the beautiful "warehouse" is ready.
Step 5: cut carrots, green peppers and red peppers into small cubes respectively; peel corn and set aside.
Step 6: pour a little vegetable oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, pour in the carrots and stir fry until the color changes slightly.
Step 7: pour in green pepper and red pepper, add proper amount of soy sauce and stir fry for about half a minute.
Step 8: add corn and pine nuts, put a little salt, a little sugar, simmer for a while, then out of the pot.
Step 9: fill each cup with the fried dishes in turn.

Note: 1. When making a cup, you should use a spoon to carefully dig out the inner flesh, not too hard, otherwise it will damage the shape of the cup; 2. You can put other ingredients you like, with your favorite seasoning.
