Production steps:
Step 1: 1. Prepare all the above materials (sugar, I forgot to shoot, add sugar in the middle)
Step 2: 2. Soften the butter at room temperature and stir.
Step 3: 3. Mix the softened butter with the eggs. Now the room temperature is low. When the two are stirred, the container can be placed on the basin with hot water to facilitate full mixing.
Step 4: 4. Sift the low gluten flour into the butter and egg mixture, and stir well.
Step 5: 5. Stir until the liquid drops in a straight line, and it won't disappear immediately after dropping (my photo is not very obvious)
Step 6: 6. Add proper amount of black sesame and mix well.
Step 7: 7. Take a spoonful of egg batter liquid with a spoon and put it into a non stick pan. Gently rotate the pan to make the liquid form a thin round cake (don't open fire first)
Step 8: 8. Turn on the fire again, fry slowly over low heat until the edge of one side turns yellow, and then turn over to the other side
Step 9: 9. Fry the other side until the color is yellowish
Step 10: 10. After frying on both sides, take advantage of the heat and put it on the chopping board. (if you are not afraid of scalding, it is better to roll it directly in the pot). Roll it into a roll with chopsticks and fix it. Let it cool and serve.

Note: 1. Cold weather, butter and egg liquid is not easy to mix, you can heat insulation when mixing the two, easy to mix fully. 2. Don't open fire until the first pancake is fried, wait until it is formed, and then turn on the low heat. 3. When frying to the next pancake, cool the pan with cold water, and then put the egg liquid into the pan. When shaking it into a round pancake shape, fry it on a low fire. Otherwise, the pan will overheat, resulting in uneven heating of the egg liquid. 4. When you roll the pancake out of the pan into an egg roll, you must quickly, otherwise it will become crisp and difficult to roll. It's better to roll in the pot and fix it before leaving the pot. The first one was slow and didn't take shape, but if it was too troublesome, I would ignore the step of making omelets. In fact, small round cakes are also sweet and crisp.
