Production steps:
Step 1: the main ingredient is to make water and oil skin, and the ingredient is to make pastry. Step 2: divide the dough into 12 parts, knead them into balls, and let them rest for half an hour (to prevent the surface from drying, cover them with plastic wrap or wet cloth)
Step 3: mix 80g flour and 50g lard and knead until the dough is formed

Step 12: take a loose dough and roll it into a round shape. Try to roll it into a thick middle and thin edge. Place a piece of red bean paste in the middle of the dough and wrap it
Step 13: after wrapping, fold it down, put it on the panel and roll it into a round cake,
Step 14: use scissors on the round cake, as shown in the picture, cut 12 knives to make 12 pieces, petals
Step 15: turn each petal into a blooming flower
Step 16: use the same method to make all the twelve chrysanthemum crisps and put them on the baking plate
Step 17: dip a little egg yolk into the center of chrysanthemum cake with your fingertips, and then sprinkle a little black sesame for decoration
