Step 8: steam for 15-20 minutes. After steaming, uncover the cover for 2 minutes. This will not make the steamed stuffed bun shrink when it is cold, so the appearance of the steamed stuffed bun is not good-looking
Step 9: every time I just put the stuffing of steamed buns down, because the rest of the dough can be made into steamed buns. I prefer to eat steamed buns. It's good to have some tofu slices for breakfast. Today I made some rabbit steamed buns, but I'm not willing to eat them
