Stewed spareribs with Chinese yam and red dates
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ribs
Step 2: prepare the yam
Step 3: peel the yam, wash it, cut it into large pieces and immerse it in clean water
Step 4: wash the spareribs, blanch in cold water for 2 minutes, remove and rinse
Step 5: take the casserole and put in the ribs
Step 6: put onion knot, ginger slice, red dates
Step 7: add water, cooking wine, boil over high heat for 5 minutes
