Step 8: pack the bean stuffing well, form a ball and flatten it with your hands
Step 9: brush the egg liquid on the surface, dip it with bread bran, place it in a warm place and continue to ferment for about 1 hour, then the volume will continue to increase
Step 10: heat the oil and fry the fermented dough in medium heat for about 1 minute.
