San Dou Sha
Introduction:
"The so-called three bean paste is the bean paste made from three kinds of beans. Whether it is eaten directly or used as the stuffing of western style food, it tastes quite good."
Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing.
Step 2: mix all the beans and soak them in water overnight.
Step 3: clean the soaked beans and drain the water.
Step 4: put into the electric pressure cooker, the water is better than beans.
Step 5: press the "bean" key to stew.
Step 6: cool the beans slightly.
Step 7: put it into the blender and beat it into bean paste.
Step 8: after all the mud, put it into a clean pot.
Step 9: put a small amount of lard into the non stick pot.
Step 10: stir fry the bean paste over low heat.
Step 11: stir fry with sugar. Stir fry for a while, add sugar and lard, add in three times.
Step 12: until the bean paste is completely fried to remove the moisture and dried to shape. I fried this bean paste for an hour and a half
Step 13: after frying, store in a sealed container.

White granulated sugar: right amount
Note: 1, fried bean paste pot can not use iron pot, or bean paste easy to black, it is best not to stick pot or enamel pot. 2. The best effect is to use lard, if not, it can be replaced by tasteless edible oil. 3. You can use the ingredients for making bean paste according to your personal preference. 4. When frying, low heat, keep stirring until dry. Otherwise, the moisture content is too large to form.
