Barbecued pork with honey sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut scallion into sections, wash 500g pork fillet, and prepare barbecue sauce. I use Lee Kam Kee's barbecue sauce, which is sold in supermarkets
Step 2: spread BBQ sauce on the pork evenly, put scallion in the basin, cover it with plastic film, marinate it in the refrigerator for one night, and turn it over 2-3 times in the middle, so as to taste evenly
Step 3: put the cured pork on the iron rack and drain
Step 4: apply honey on the surface and four sides of the pork and cool for about 15 minutes
Step 5: put it into the oven, put a tray on the bottom, and put suction paper on the tray. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out the remaining sauce and spread it on the pork. Put it in the oven at 150 ℃ for 10 minutes
Step 6: after baking, take out and cut into 3MM WIDE meat slices
