Production steps:
Step 1: cut the purple potato and steam for 10 minutes.
Step 2: peel the steamed purple potato and grind it into mud.
Step 3: mix the flour, eggs, milk, yeast, purple sweet potato paste and butter together.
Step 4: knead the dough, cover it with plastic film and put it into the refrigerator directly. Refrigerate for one night.
Step 5: take out the medium dough the next morning, and the dough has been preliminarily fermented. Then mix all the ingredients of the main dough together.
Step 6: knead the two dough together, knead, fold and beat the dough repeatedly.
Step 7: after more than half an hour, the dough is basically coated. Cover with plastic film for second fermentation.
Step 8: after 2 hours, the dough is completely fermented.
Step 9: grasp with your hand, the honeycomb is obvious.
Step 10: divide the dough into 6 parts, knead round and relax for a while.
Step 11: press the dough to exhaust, knead it round again, and put it into the electric pressure cooker. Spread a layer of cooking oil in the pot for the last fermentation.
Step 12: after half an hour, the dough swells more than twice as much.
Step 13: turn on the electric pressure cooker, select the cake gear, and the automatic time is 30 minutes.
Step 14: after 30 minutes, the bread is ripe. Light purple, attractive.
Step 15: put the bread on the grill, rinse a layer of egg liquid on the top, put it into the microwave oven for coloring, and the top of the grill will be OK in 4 minutes. I didn't pay attention to the photos after coloring.
Step 16: cool, slice and add cheese slices.

Note: 1, the amount of purple potato can be increased appropriately, so that the color will be thicker. 2.
